SLEEP IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS!!

You just read the title and thinking that what the hell am I talking. But have patience I will explain you everything.

Every person in the world whom you asked told you that hard work is the key to success, do as much as work you can do, burn the midnight oil, suffer from sleepless nights then only you could succeed. Blah, blah, blah……

Have you ever listened about the below things:

1.e=mc^2

2.benzene

3.monalisa

Of course you have listened. But, why is common in all the above things?these all have occurred in the dreams. Yes in the dreams their discoverer. These things are like wonders in their own period and even today and what is more amazing is that they occurred while you are not working instead you are sleeping.

So, what does it mean, what to do, does it mean to just go now and grab your pillow and switch off the light, no,or does these things are just coincidence, no because there many similar stories which prove the power of dreams and sleep.

Why does it happens? Actually when you sleep then your mind remains awake, at least the sub conscious part, and your brain started making random connections between your neurons and produce visuals what we call a dream. And there are more chances of connections of those neurons which were more active during your waking state that is what you did all the day. Those scientists did experiments and labour all the day and then took a sound sleep that’s why they were able to get such dreams.

What to do now? What I am trying to say is that you have to do all the labour in your work time but at night time you must take a sound sleep so you can get those useful dreams.

What if you didn’t take required amount of sleep? The answer is obvious, you will lack energy for your next day as when you sleep your body does self healing and releases stress and tension. Also you will not be able to focus you may start to forget things.

How much sleep is enough? well, this varies from person to person. if you are a teenager then you should take at least 8 hours of continuous sleep (yes it must be continuous), if you are a adult then 7 to 8 hours.

so, my last advice : do your work with full effort but also take the required rest
